Christmas Post

Hi Ladies,

Big apologies for not posting sooner - I have moved home and had family from both sides visiting from Australia and now Christmas is almost upon us.

SU have some great specials this month and next like free Stamp sets (that some of you have already taken advantage of). I'm offering anyone who wants to put in an order this month a chance to share in the hostess benefits. One person will get the hostess set, one person will get the free merchandise, and one person will get the free set.

Keeping in the spirit of Christmas and as a thankyou for all of you who have made Stampin Up's first full year so successful, I also have an extra gift for every order placed.

Stay tuned for January also as we will be having Sale-a-bration - specials that every customer can take advantage of - not just the hostess.

Call or email today if you want to take advantage of these specials... flyers are attached to my mail out for the current specials.

Merry Christmas.

The "Retired List" is here!!!!!

At the risk of having my emails bounced because of sending files I have a link here to the Retired List for our 2007/2008 Idea Book and Catalogue. Retired List

If you don't yet have a catalogue to look through, you can see it online. Online Catalogue

One thing I haven't seen before is that SU are offering a discount on all the products that are being retired. If you want to order anything, please get in quick as they do have a tendency to go quickly. Some of the sets that are popular and are being retired are: French Flair p56, Bold Butterfly p43 and Shapes and Shadows p54.

Call me on 07795503185 or email me on ronettespark@googlemail.com to place an order.

For any who are near or in Swindon - I will be exhibiting at the Swindon Garden Show from 5th - 7th Sept. The address is: Stanton Park, Stanton Fitzwarren, Swindon SN5 7SF. Here is the website should you want to take a look: Swindon Garden Show

June SU Promotions

It's an exciting month for us at SU - we have some very exciting specials running this month. Yes you are right I did say special(s) as we have 2.

The first special is called "Two for You" and it's offering a discount of more than 30% on the "Three for You Punch Box" for only 29 pounds (pg 80 in the current SU catalogue) and the "Basic Phrases Stamp Set" for only 23 pounds

These are fantastic bargains, but they don't stop there as there is an "e-scape" promotion this month also.

So often these days we stick to doing things electronically - when was the last time you received a hand made card in your letterbox? Wasn't it so nice seeing that someone had made an effort to make and send something to you? Well this month we are celebrating escaping the 'e' world we live in.

The special for "E-Scape" is Love Notes Assortment, Circle of Friendship Stamp Set and 1 & 1/4 Inch punch for only 28.39.

I want to hold a stamp a stack later in the month to make sure that every one has the opportunity to e-scape from the day to day and have some fun being creative.

Stay posted I will update this when I have times organised.

Classes for the next couple of weeks

Hi All,

I've decided that my first class is going to be on using Chalks. I know that a lot of you might have purchased chalks in the past and they are sitting in your craft room without much use. This week's class will show you some of the ways you can use them.

Wed 14th 7.30pm till 8.30pm - Cost is 5 pounds
Thurs afternoon from 1pm till 2pm - Cost is 5 pounds

Another reminder that Friday mornings from 10am till 12 noon I have an open house policy - the cost is 2 pounds to cover wear and tear of materials. Bring your own card stock and stamp away or you can purchase card stock that I have here.

Please email or phone to make a booking as spaces are limited.

May Special and Classes

I know it's been a while since I blogged but I'm trying to get more regular - I promise!

I'm enjoying the SU special this month which is a "Bundle" of selected stamp sets and the coordinating wheel (discounted). I've attached a few photo's to see what I've been doing with these particular sets... starting off with Carte Postale and the Leaves a-la Carte Stampin Around wheel.

You might also note that I've used different colours to show that the same card can look different just by mixing up the colours you use.

one sheet wonder samples

Let's see if this works this time... I tried to post these pictures last week but it wouldn't work.

For those of you who have seen or bought the one sheet wonder packs these are some samples that I have done up. Just remember that these are guidelines and creativity may take you in a totally different direction. There are no right and wrong ways to do this so feel free to experiment. I would love to see your own creations so if you are able to post them on a blog then please post here and let me know so I can check out all your wonderful ideas.

For those of you who didn't go to the Cheltenham show last weekend this is what we looked like. I think we had a great response as SU is so new. I will post a picture of what our stand looked like. It was lots of fun.

February Promotions

For those of you who aren't on my mailing list the image above is the Stampin Up! special for February. These sets are beautiful and versatile as they can be used for a number of occasions.

Don't forget that the starter kit promotion goes until the end of Feb also. You can join SU and become a demonstrator for a rock bottom price of £139 instead of £155 but the bonus is that for such a small price you get £265 worth of stamps, accessories and business tools.

If you would like to take advantage of this promotion please email me to organise a workshop or just an order.

Challenge with an A

I have done a card with a stamp set starting with the letter A. Art of the Orient was a hostess set in the first Australian SU catalogue.

This is for Fiona's challenge http://sualphachallenge.blogspot.com/
